Michele Mari | Quality Control Manager

I have the task of coordinating and managing all my team’s activities related to quality control to ensure that raw materials, production processes and finished products comply with certain standards, in addition to the desired technical specifications.

In my role, I work mainly with the managers of the Purchasing and Technical Departments, with whom I define the technical requirements and reference values of the materials and semi-finished products used in the company.

Together with the Production Manager, I also verify the effective implementation of the quality control procedures previously prepared.
