EL / Esthetic Line
The Esthetic Line implant is a conical shaped implant offering surgical and prosthetic compatibility to the BL line of implants. The EL implant’s core is the same as that of the BL implant and thus follows the same insertion protocol in soft bone. The EL implant is endowed with generous apical threading which provides superb primary stability, especially in soft bone.

The prosthetic connection of the EL implant is the same as the BL; a Morse taper locking connection which delivers an added level of security against abutment loosening, micro movements and other issues that are a result of implant connection gaps.
The platform switching, Concave Esthetic Concept dental prosthetic system of the EL implant system offers a large range of options as well as tissue shaping possibilities. Despite the large range of prosthetic freedom, the system remains uncomplicated and easy to use due to the fact that the prosthetic connection is the same for all implant diameters.

ND / Narrow Diameter Implant
The Narrow Diameter dental implant is a two piece slender bodied implant with a platform diameter of only 3mm. This implant is ideal for limited and narrow crestal spaces in the anterior region. Generous threading on the implant body, culminating in sharper threads at the apex deliver stability as well as ease of insertion.

A simplified surgical protocol in combination with the conservative dimensions of this dental implant facilitate the resolution of dental implant cases which would have otherwise required the use bone augmentation and higher treatment costs.

GL / Livello Gengivale
The Gingival Level dental implant is a conical shaped implant with an internal hex connection. The implant is endowed with a micro grooved collar for cortical maintenance and crowned with a polished rim to accommodate soft tissues.
This dental implant benefits from an internal hex convex platform that provides an ideal seal when joined to the GL abutments which in turn have a concave shaped platform. Implants of the GL range have the same platform dimensions despite differing diameters and thus allow for a simplified prosthetic protocol.
- 1Convex platform
The convex implant platform, in conjunction with the concavity of the implant’s base form a “suction cup” fit, once the abutment is tightened into final seating.
- 2Polished gingival collar
Extending down for one millimeter down from the top of the implant platform, the polished surface is ideal for accommodating the gingival tissue.
- 3Micro-threading
The micro threads increase functional surfaces, adapting them to the compact cortical bone tissue and safeguard it against aggression from larger threads to be found in conventional implants. The micro-threads are essential to the maintenance of cortical bone height around the implant.
- 4Single internal hex connection
The complete GL family is endowed with a single connection. Independent of the implant diameter, one abutment fits all. Thus reducing system complexity and cost.
- 5Double helix threading
The double-helix design sets c-tech Implants apart from the single helix implants by giving them a more symmetrical introduction into the bone. This translates into masticatory load balance which drastically reduces stress. Its symmetry also renders the implant self-centering, eliminating any form of misalignment in terms of the main axis of the osteotomy site. The pitch of the threads allows for an insertion time that is reduced by half.
- 6Rounded apex
Protection of the sinus floor, nerve canal and other important anatomical structures during insertion
- Passivated surface
The implant surface is blasted with aluminum oxide and then subjected to progressive etching using citric acid.
This surface treatment accelerates the osseointegration process by providing a greater and more uniform area of contact between bone and implant while favoring an immediate implant load. The treatment provides for a uniform surface with progressive trabeculation to be achieved. An additional advantage of the citric acid treatment is that it leaves no traces following decontamination, further reducing the risk of implant failure.
MB / Monoblock
The Mono Block is a one piece implant with a diameter of 3mm. The system offers 2 prosthetic options; O-ball head for removable full prosthesis as well as tapered abutment for crown and bridge applications.
To better accommadate the differing soft tissue and bone requirements that are encountered in the upper and lower jaw, the system is endowed with 2 main body profiles.
- 1Prosthetic Options
Choice between square or O-ball head depending on fixed or removable applications.
- 2Support for Fixed Recontructions
A tapered head with a 4,8mm height above the 3,1mm platform offers and optimal base and structure for the fixed reconstruction.
- 3Gingival Collar
MAN-OB/MAN-TAP smooth collar provides the platform switching height to accommodate the average mandibular gingival tissue.
- 4Mandibular Cortical Maintenance
Augmented MAN-OB/MAN-TAP micro grooving for the increased cortical height of the mandibular bone.
- 5Low Profile Threading
Low profile threading offers surface area yet with the reduced resistance necessary for placement in the D1/D2 bone that can be encountered in the mandible.
- 6Surface Topography
Blasted and acid etched main body surface.
- 7Mandibular Apex
Sharp apex to facilitate advancement in D1/D2 bone.
- 8Augmented Gingival Collar
MAX-OB/MAX-TAP smooth collar platform switching fits the thicker maxillary gingival tissue
- 9Maxilla Type Bone Micro Grooving
MAX-OB/MAX-TAP micro grooving accommodates the thinner cortical bone that is encountered in the maxilla.
- 10Aggressive Main Body Threading
MAX-OB/MAX-TAP main body threading, agressive reverse buttress threads deliver the surface area and stability required by softer maxillary bone
- 11Maxilla Type Apex
Rounded tip is ideal for the maxilla so as to prevent the possible perforation of the sinus.
- System Compatiblity
Choice of tapered and O-ball head prosthetics.
O-ball head is compatible with SD, GL, BL and EL O-ball attachments
SD / Small Diameter Implants
The Small Diameter dental implant system is a family of one piece implants with varying diameters of 1.8mm, 2.1mm, 2.4mm and 2.5mm. The options for each diameter of aggressive thread, fine thread, collar and non-collar, O-ball head and square head; make the range one of the largest mini dental implant ranges on the market.

This system is ideal for the practitioner who is looking for minimally invasive solutions for stabilizing over-dentures, limited spaces and bone volumes as well as treatment cost constraints
- 1Prosthetic choice
Choice between square or o-ball head depending on fixed or removable applications.
- 2Micro grooving
The lower aspect of the implant collar is endowed with micro grooves to help maintain cortical bone.
- 3Fine threading
The fine thread SD implants are designed to facilitate the placement in hard bone.
- 4Passivated surface

- 5Smooth collar
The top aspect of every collared implant is smooth so as to better accommodate soft tissue.
- 6Aggressive threading
The aggressive thread for SD Implants are designed for the added compression and surface area required in soft bone placement.
- 7Collared and non-collared models
C-tech provides SD models with and without gingival collars, allowing the practitioner to better address cases with differing gingival thicknesses.
- Implant body
The anatomically shaped implants are produced from medical grade 5 titanium.
