Innovatives Zahnimplantatdesign weist verbesserte Erfolgsquoten, Knochenstabilität und ästhetische Vorteile auf

Das Ziel dieser Forschung ist es ein innovatives Implantat- und Prothetikdesign retrospektiv auszuwerten durch Anwendung der folgenden Kriterien:
1. Erfolgsquote der Implantate,
2. Knochenverlust und Stabilität im Bereich des Knochens am Hals des Implantats (die Schraubkonusverbindung ist momentan die stabilste Verbindung. Deshalb haben einige Implantatsysteme bereits damit begonnen, diese einzuführen und damit die Stabilität des Knochens bei Verwendung dieser Verbindung nachgewiesen (Bicon, Ankylos),
3. Ästhetik gemessen am Pink Esthetic Score,
4. Dicke des Zahnfleischs bei 3mm vom freien Zahnfleischrand,
5. Breite der keratinisierten Gingiva um die Implantate herum,
6. Höhe der Gingiva um die Implantate herum
Die Studie setzt sich aus den Daten von 137 Patienten mit 608 Implantaten zusammen (C-Tech, Bologna, Italien).
Ergebnisse: Nur zwei Implantate gingen verloren (nach 6 Monaten), beide bezogen auf einen einzelnen Patienten. Die Erfolgsquote bei denen, die in den 6 Monaten, 12 Monaten, 18 Monaten und 24 Monaten enthalten sind, lag bei 100 Prozent. Knochenverlust wurde bei keinem Teilnehmer der Studie festgestellt. Die Weichgewebe-Ergebnisse zeigten ein hoch ästhetisches Ergebnis an.
Schlussfolgerung: Das in der aktuellen Studie angewandte Implantatsystem zeigte eine hohe Erfolgsquote sowohl bei der lokalen Stabilität als auch bei den ästhetischen Aspekten. Deshalb kann es innerhalb des Rahmens der gesammelten Daten für die Verwendung in der breiten Bevölkerung empfohlen werden.
