患者主诉: 左上前牙缺失，要求固定修复。

病例概要

左上2缺失，植入C-Tech种植体，型号：EL-3511，后期氧化锆烤瓷冠修复。

治疗计划

左上2牙槽骨宽度5.7mm，牙槽骨高度为14.02mm，及高度理想，植入C-Tech种植体EL-3511，三月后二期手术。

治疗内容

1、常规消毒铺巾。
2、左上2微痛浸润麻醉，沿牙槽嵴顶近远中水平切口，分龈翻瓣，平整骨面。
3、左上2定点，级差备洞至3.0×13 mm，植入C-Tech 植体EL-3511十愈含基EL-5506HT，扭力10N，边缘骨高度M3D4 B1.5L2，严密缝合。
4、四个月后取模，更换修复基台，型号为EL-4504F，粘接固定，氧化锆烤瓷冠永久修复。
