As HR Manager I take care of the management, selection, training and development of C-Tech Implant staff.

I have always had a passion for this area and I believe that in this role it is essential to express the company’s values and mission in the best possible way, creating and improving the sense of belonging of each worker.

I think that the development of human capital must take place in close connection with the corporate culture, enhancing people’s skills through periodic training sessions and courses.
