I come from a family of turners and programmers on CNC machines and I have been passionate about this field from an early age, thanks to the teachings of my father – a metalworker entrepreneur – and my brother.

I have therefore started working on numerical control machines since I was very young and thanks to this experience I have been able to understand, over the years, what is the best approach and execution strategy to create surgical medical devices.

I think that to best perform the role of Production Manager it is necessary to be a person who has discipline and method, both inside and outside the workspace: I am highly specialized in the programming languages FANUC, Siemens, Mitsubishi and HEIDENHAIN, in CNC automatic lathes – such as Citizen, Hanwha, Tornos, Star – and, as a close-knit team, we always tool the machines with great care and precision to achieve maximum performance.

Also, I previously worked as a quality control manager in the metrology room with the help of the most modern machines and viewers, an experience that allowed me to understand if a product has been worked at its best.
